 Last Updated: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MailHub – Email Client ("MailHub", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our mobile application.

By installing or using MailHub, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About MailHub

MailHub – Email Client is an email management application that provides a convenient interface for accessing supported email services.

MailHub allows users to access their email services through an in-app browsing experience using Custom WebView/Custom Tab technology.

MailHub does not operate as an independent email service provider.

2. Information We Process

MailHub may process limited technical and advertising-related information necessary to operate, analyze, secure, and improve the application.

A. Email Account and Email Content

MailHub does not collect or store users' email passwords, email messages, email attachments, or email account contents on our own servers.

When you access an email service through MailHub, authentication and email-related information is handled through the relevant email service and its web interface.

Any information you enter into an email provider's login or email interface is transmitted directly to that service according to the service provider's own security and privacy practices.

MailHub does not receive or store your email password on our own servers.

MailHub does not sell, rent, or use the contents of your private emails for advertising purposes.

3. WebView / Custom Tab

MailHub may use Android WebView and/or Chrome Custom Tabs to allow users to access supported email services.

When using these technologies:

  • The email service may process information you provide to it.

  • Cookies and session information may be handled by the email service.

  • Authentication information is handled by the relevant email service.

  • The email provider's own privacy policy and terms apply to information processed by that provider.

MailHub does not control the privacy practices of third-party email providers.

Users should review the privacy policy of the email service they access through MailHub.

This information may be used for:

  • App-install attribution

  • Advertising campaign measurement

  • Marketing performance analysis

The Install Referrer API does not provide MailHub with access to your email passwords or private email contents.

10. Advertising Identifier

MailHub and its advertising or measurement partners may use the Android Advertising ID where available and permitted.

You can manage advertising-related settings through your Android device's privacy settings.

The availability and use of advertising identifiers may vary depending on your Android version, device settings, consent choices, and applicable laws.

MailHub also does not sell users' email information.

However, information entered into a third-party email service through the application may be processed by that email service according to its own privacy policy and terms.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by our application and to use reputable third-party services for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, and attribution.

However, no Internet transmission, electronic communication, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and accounts.

15. Data Retention

MailHub does not maintain its own server-side database containing users' email messages or email passwords.

Technical, analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, and attribution information may be retained by the relevant third-party service providers according to their respective policies and retention practices.

Information stored by third-party email providers is subject to those providers' own retention policies.

These may include:

  • Requesting access to personal information

  • Requesting correction of inaccurate information

You may also control certain advertising and privacy settings through your Android device.

17. Children's Privacy

MailHub is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the application in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, please contact us.
